We will graciously accept your returns up to 14 days, if you are not content with the item, whatever the reason, given that we receive an email from you within 5 days of receipt. (Due to Covid 19, face coverings are NOT returnable.)

Your item will be exchanged or refunded (minus original shipping cost), as long as: You contact us with us within 5 days of receipt, the item is in perfect condition. Has not been worn, washed & with tags intact.  We are not responsible for return shipping. If you are exchanging an item for another one, and add an additional purchase, we will ship back to you for free! Please take note, that until your item is in our hands, we cannot be responsible for it. Please track your packages. Returns can be done in-store as well.
